Don't think I have seen so many non market sensitive announcements in such a short period of time. Seems the institutions are doing thier usual juggling act of moving shares around thier structures. The thing that stood out to me was the MS announcement earlier on which had some sort of guarantee agreement with a broker. To me this looks like MS are willing to lend these shares out to others for short selling purposes. This means more available shares for short selling which equals more potential volatility.
