Another possibility although i don't think thats weighing into what's on market - put it this way if they really wanted the stock in any urgency they wouldn't be lining orders up on screen trying to tighten sellers they'd be getting them filled. However as per TI's communication with Nick the other day one of the candidates supposedly had the term sheets put to their investment committe in November - not sure exactly what date it went there but we are already in the first week of December.
