GPT, CHC, CQO, are quite a bit higher than their consolidation prices. Consolidation is irrelevant IMO, other than there is the DA period where the stock can end up off the radar for some potential buyers, and it is a pain having to look up what the consolidation amount was when looking at old financials.
Rizzla - glad to see you have noticed that the chart is trending down and you are nearly finished your research. Yes - it can now possibly drop 133 cents rather than 19 cents according to my complex calculations. Your profits are going down the drain while you are waiting. Property is obviously a nightmare when interest rates are falling to record lows. ;-) (just stirring you Rizzla - I personally think you will need to be a master of timing, and watch out for Stockland who are sending signals about wanting to buy FKP. I also worry that you don't understand retirement village cashflow - there are some good valuation documents outlining their valuation on the net).
