    I agree Spruik, very strange that they are allowed to proceed. Takes the pressure off Heathgate having to fill their contracts.

    So if you look at it another way there could be a lot more going on behind the scenes than we are told.

    If not the court process has let us down again. And Heathgate could drag this on for years without a resolution.
