Why is it we have a TH for reasons such as uninformed market etc etc yet the TH is lifted and the reason given for the TH is 2 milli seconds before trading commences.
That way SH's (and prospective SH's) have plenty of time to rationally consider their options before trading starts.
Am I missing something here ?
