Technically TOX continues to perform suberbly. Have said for a very long time that TOX was worth at least 10 cents. IF you go back and read the broker research on TOX there is a commentary about upgrading the thermal plant and the revenues that follow. Assuming that this plant is put on-line and operates near capacity THEN TOX valuation goes over 20 cents (and probably more). None of us are privvy to possible contracts BUT the market is behaving in a very bullish manner. IF a deal of this magnitude eventuates then the SP will move to a much higher level.

There are a number of smaller deals and upgrades in the works that will also support a SP north of 10 cents. Hope that my sense of direction holds true. Good luck to all.
