re: ** next uranium flyer ** Stock_Doctor the following is from Korab's website.
Today's ASX announcement is also worth reading very carefully.

"The Batchelor Project is located in the Northern Territory adjacent to and nearby the town of Batchelor. Korab's primary interest in the area stems from the presence of uranium mineralisation and significant polymetallic mines and gold prospects....

The Batchelor project covers the same stratigraphic horizons that host the nearby Rum Jungle uranium mine which operated from 1954 to 1971 and produced 3,530 tonnes of uranium oxide from 863,000 tonnes of ore grading between 0.27% and 0.43%.

The U-515 prospect, which adjoins the Rum Jungle will become the primary target for exploration following the ASX listing. In addition to that, Korab intends to drill test airborne radiometric anomalies along strike from the Rum Jungle uranium mine further to the east and south-east.

The Batchelor project area also includes the Sundance Gold Mine which was a recent, relatively high grade open-cut operation (mined grade of 10.7 g/t gold).

Batchelor also contains Winchester magnesite deposit which has an outlined JORC compliant resource of 16.6 million tonnes of magnesium oxide. This project has been progressed to feasibility study stage.

Additional analysis of magnesium oxide drill samples for gold produced gold intercepts of 12 metres at 2.98 g/t, 7 metres at 2.56 g/t and 11 metres at 6.4 g/t."

Korab also has some interesting gold plays:

"Melrose can be described as an advanced gold exploration play with the added potential of near term production. The project has an established gold resource base of 306,000 ounces and Korab will undertake further work, including metallurgical and additional drill testing, to determine the most appropriate development option for the whole or part of the resource.

Another feature of Melrose is the wide extent of surficial gold anomalism. Anomalous gold is common throughout the 25km of strike within the project area, and previous exploration has already identified number of targets that are sufficiently advanced to warrant drill testing.

In addition, the existing gold resources appear to have further ore potential at depth. Previous composite drill intersections that include 56 metres at 3.6 g/t from 49 metres, 22 metres at 11.6 g/t from 90 metres, 14 metres at 6.3g/t from 77 metres, 17 metres at 14.2g/t from 153 metres and 5 metres at 11.0g/t from 120 metres, justify further examination.

The testing of these deeper targets will be an early priority of Korab's exploration program."
