Afternoon all,

Haven't had a chance to read in full,today's letter. I have just made contact with the IG regarding the funding. I was told that the IG will be making an announcement on their website later in the day. They will be responding and clarifying some of the points in today's news letter.

I also wanted to confirm the IG had met with RBS Morgans. I was told that there was a meeting on the 15/10/2012 involving Alan Mitchell,Trevor Kelly and a senior broker from RBS Morgans.

Personally, I think this may well be a case of talks not yet reaching an official capacity ?

I think we will find that your words below will be proven wise. Put it this way, if you were to hand over $$$$$ I am sure you would want to see the current agreement ( mandate with Novus ), the company books, a position on the company board etc etc. The IG also informed me that they are also awaiting the mandate so that they can evaluate the agreement between the two parties.

Not sure about anyone else here but personally, I am at ease with what I have been told from the IG, I sincerely hope the IG is able to attain a seat or two on the board so that the IG can help SG and the company with options in financing the short term future of the company.

"Im not crticising IG at all. I'd say they probably tried looking at the books and weren't allowed. They probably asked for the Novus term sheet. So hands are tied somewhat. But they can't make promises without some amount of certainty."
