How can there be a negotiated outcome when I.G has already declared he favours the attempted return of the asset through the Courts.

Shareholders having to vote on any negotiated offer would be very difficult, when you think about it.imo

How can anything be agreed to if Shareholders have no idea of our entitlement or strength in our case with the M&D C Matter?

The only way this can be resolved is through the Courts.imo
