Mose - as you do like my long-winded posts, I'll make this one brief.
IG will only consider an offer it was more than what the total value (100%) of B4M is worth. Anything less, I'm sure, will not be considered.
But why would BBs offer that much when we only own 25%?
It is simple, I'm surprised those that talk of a takeover can't see it.
