    Hey that just shows there all hopeless at forcasting.....or the experts they are relaying on are tossers.
    I remember Brisconnections forcastes for traffic flows......were they on something. So do not beleive everything that directors say or experts forcast always.....we been BURNT....they haven't.... they got the pay cheques.
