Webral wouldnt be a market if we all thought the same its a gamble im aware but one Ive taken
Those that bought QFX at 1.3c took a gamble and look how handsomely its rewarded them
Those convertible notes have been around on AVD for yonks and yet the vendors of the Ukrainian assets were still happy to vend their projects into the company for shares NOT CASH but shares and they own 50% of AVD
I really doubt you would spend 3-6months of due diligence and then go ahead with a deal only to let if flop, if they had received cash I wouldn't have gone near it but they got shares so lets see if theirs a pump
