If the nurse had issues this is just an another reason for the ending of this kind of stupid prank as you do not know who is on receiving end and by failing to find out a very good legal case can be made for damages through
failure of duty care .In this case the damages could very well be along the lines of contributing to the costs of raising those children until adulthood It is also illegal to impersonate the queen of England in England Is it illegal to impersonate the Queen Of Australia by phone to England I would think so but my law books don't cover it
