Here's one for the bears. Talking to mate who has six units in Karratha and rents have dropped. He is ok as bought most of them in the 80s and 90s but had to drop rent from $1100pw down to about $800. Lot of supply coming on market anybody who bought in last few years will be facing reduced yields and cg. Onslow the new hot spot but too late.
