Hi Watford,
I can find nothing specific in the terms about a takeover.
Redemption , however, comes with no bonus.
But is this a takeover?
Basically GPT just buying most of the property.
Cant see anything to prevent the "assets" staying as they are, after such a transaction, with much poorer security backing them.
Hopefully they will redeem them.
