that later date is fine by me... more time to accumulate.
However it doesn't mean that's when the report actually will come out. It could come out earlier, it's just a 'no later than' date.
Also I don't think there is anything wrong with the analysts report, you can still regard it as current and effective. The valuation of the ASX is nothing to do with it (currently around $30.). Don't you mean the valuation of the AUD?
The AUD is always going to fluctuate, along with the price of oil. What matters is the quality of the analysis, and that's why they always state their assumptions. They are variables and the reason for stating them is so you can do your own adjustments to their calculations and still have the benefit of their analysis. What matters is the methodology/reasoning behind the analysis, and that is still effective.
