There is no doubt that SWL is undervalued. Every new contract just makes it more so. But the market is fickle. I suspect that the punters are waiting for new management to 'prove' themselves - and for the Qld government to loosen the purse strings again. Both will happen, in the meantime it is a great opportunity to load up on this impressive stock.
