That all makes good sense and I would say fair minded.

I think there are three issues with these type of miners/explorers.

1. Individual management with rose coloured announcemnets.
2. Current price of silver (which affects point 3)

3. and most important ... There is going to be, if not already, another massive credit event or squeeze or drying up of bank lending, etc, that means no money to mine, to pay people, to pay bills in what is a very expensive business.

I believe that is what is making investors jittery. Except those that have loads of USD they want to offload on something useful and have the patience to wait it out, ie China.
