massive discount to nav

Devine looks a great value opportunity to me.

Housebuilding cycle at a low point at the moment, but the gearing to the upside is huge.

The shares are 65c. Remember, this is a stock that five years ago earned 48c a share and paid out 32c in dividends !! NAV is over 200c.

Shares appear to have formed a base and are now moving up. Can see this quickly going over a dollar with one determined buyer.
