Did you read the announcement or listen to the call?
The license can't just be withdrawn on a whim of the politicians in Malaysia - there are rules which need to be followed and if Lynas satisfies these conditions they have no issues.
In the call Nick clearly indicated that there are no indications that they cannot meet the conditions of the license.
