Apt if memory serves me correct, PB went to WB and called for a VA..he put his own money up to cover the costs of the VA which then turned into a DOCA..PB easily got out of this one, god knows if WB even have all of the books n records in their possession which would assist in identifying transactions etc...bottomline is WB are getting paid and we S/H are still in limbo..fingers crossed with the new business
