While I don't think that these guys have mortgages or worry too much about school fees, I agree that there are many reasons to reduce their holdings.
As the CEO he would have the bulk of his wealth concentrated in a single stock along with his employment income. Diversification is a reasonable aspiration.
Keep in mind that some pretty bright folks on the other side of these trades happily paid 1.35, which is why I am not too stressed about the dip.
