I would have thought investor psychology was very much part of the FA. The impact of collective sentiment on price is just as direct (if not more direct) as what the company is doing or external factors that affect it's prospects. TA is simply an abstraction of fundamentals. Whether they be price sensitive events or shifts in market sentiment. Fundamentally they move price, TA provides new perspectives on them.
