Hi all I will probably sell my holding because i believe there are better opportunities elsewhere
IMO although income returns are projected to be reasonable I have a number of concerns some of which are
1 The number of specialty tenants compared to Woolworths is fairly high and could be a problem in the vacancy rate
2 Income growth is restricted because of the generous lease deals negotiated by Woolworths
3 The quality of some of the properties notwithstandig the presence of Woolies
