    Looks to me like the National Bank wants their maximum fill.
    Very happy to hold ....Their increased % holding not marked as price sensitive...yet having strong efffect on the SP..( beleive me it is price sensitive don't worry about that )

    Regarding Packer ....no threat till 2019 and so many things can happen in between....still his intense interest in Echo simply supports its intrinsic value .
