You are 100% correct.

It does not mean in any way that they may not deliver the funds.

But that's not the issue at hand here. The issue at hand it this; "...we are in receipt of a letter from them which states that the first tranche of $1.0m will be delivered to us during next week"


The issue is not "Just because Monash hasn't delivered the funds yet, it doesn't mean they won't in the future."

The issue is it has been publicly announced that ECT was to be in position of 1mil last week. That did not occur.

It's analogous to stipulate commencement of CDP is to begin on a certain date, yet that never takes place and no explanation is given as to why?

And Yes, you could still maintain, just because the CDP hasn't commenced construction yet, that doesn't mean it never will, but if a date is publicly announced, then surely that must be adhered too, no?

This is the issue with the present absence of Monash funds.
