One thing that appears to be kept very quiet here!
As I understand it, the directors accept for themselves a 6% underwriters fee.
If that is the case then they are taking 18% of our money for their loans - NOT 12%.
It doesn't take them long to get their investment in our company back over a couple of years.
It won't be too long - the way they are going to be 'free carried' before they make a takeover - in my opinion.
