Just because it is a slow news week (for TIS at least)I thought I'd let you know a piece of non-information.

I wrote to EMA on the 28th of November to seek some clarification around the stated 6 month timeframe between notice of intention to submit and submission itself. I had found some documents online which suggested it was a topic which had been debated at EMA at some length but without a clear decision being published.

Unfortunately the only thing I have back from EMA so far is:
"Thank you for contacting the European Medicines Agency.

Provision of information in an open and transparent manner is part of the mission of the Agency.

Your request for information will be responded to as soon as possible and in accordance with the rules set in the Agency’s Code of Conduct:

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further information."

Obviously I'll let you know when and if they send me any information.

    Rev
