i wouldnt consider salt/casurina unless i was a really serious surfer-and it is very different from kingscliff---so not really kingscliff itself
ive posted on here before that there arnt many places which are a little over an hour from a pretty major city,with an international airport 15 min away and great beaches
one of my major considerations for property is a north facing beach.
im a bit biased i guess---i think kingscliff was overpriced however now there are bargains there for those looking for that sort of lifestyle/commute work situation---or retirement
