re: farmin/farmout deals Now that the 23rd round permit are awarded I would expect a flow of farmout/farmin deals to happen in the next month or so. Equity swaps for permits in this round.
Also normal deal flow would have been on hold, waiting for results of the licensing round before making long term commitments.
