Rather odd that the AGM was postponed for a capital raising ann and a LOI ann. The reason given at the time was so management had time to dot i's and cross t's on a multi-company deal that many posters here claimed was to see the sp skyrocket before the agm. Sure glad I didn't get sucked in.
Maybe more to come soon, or yet another case of over promise and under deliver???
