I think the Lynas debacle is part of the reason PEK has not rallied. The ASX love affair with REE stocks definitely seems to be over, at the moment anyway.
Love is so fleeting! Lol!
Having said that there is considerable upside to the PEK story from here for all the reasons you listed. I believe we are well undervalued considering these facts. If I come into spare cash in the New Year and PEL is still hanging around these very tempting levels I will be buying. But I expect a slow rise back up not a return to the heady days of a couple of years back. The price of REEs and market uncertainties will have to I'm,prove considerably before there is any chance of that. But things go in cycles and patience often rewards...
