u know they cannot change the goal posts if its written in black and white. which was why i wanted to study the terms of the TOL but its not made public.
anyway,,, what Nick said is right ... time will prove LYNAS is a sustainable industry - profit wise, environment wise, job creation wise. there is too much noise now.
