This is a picture of the downstream connection to the Bigham pipeline.
The pipe in the forground with the green paint where it goes into the ground is the actual Bigham pipeline. The pipe to the right going into the ground goes to the existing pipeline.
As you can see, there's a completed 'circuit' of pipe there provided that the valves are open. However, note the stubbed off flanges on the right side of the picture which are most likely for some yet to be installed device.
Also, it's obvious that they're not done yet because the wood bracing up the pipes is for sure temporary.
Note that as of 2:39 Texas Time on 12/15 there was no large flare on Bigham; only the small one. Coincidence?
However, I want to make it clear that I don't know if the pipeline is actually in use at this point in time or not.
