Wow what a cop out by management to recommend this takeover...just as their strategy proves to be working and winning new major contracts..

All a bit too cosy for my liking...poor NMS shareholders...

MTQ looks to have done well out of this....wonder if they will offer a higher price to mop up the remaining shares if don't get 90%....

Never thought it would go for first offer price given so low ball..but there you go
