Beach had initially announced fraccing for Wombat to be early 2012, then a later date, then later, all the while supposedly waiting for permits, (even when I phoned Beach at the time, said awaiting Govt permit), but in bluesdoll's response from O'Brien's email, says no applications for fraccing.
I agree, what the fracc ?
I think Lakes, Beach, etc, surmised that Govt would see the error of their folly/ignorance, and fraccing allowed again for this particular project. But whoa, no deal seems to be indicated here, as Ryan's constituency and others too strong.
Also, Beach elsewhere very busy so probably doesn't give a fracc for Vic operation. ??
IMO, poor managing by Annels and co, when maybe so close to becoming an O&G producer.
