    re: Ann: Proposed merger of PLA with Jubilee ... So we will receive some unknown amount of value for our shares. It's better than the nothing many people were expecting.

    So I guess the main thing we're waiting for is the terms; how many Jubilee shares we'll receive, how many shares will be on issue after the transaction, and the trading price after it happens.
