stja......the SPP was for $50 mil which was underwritten to the tune of $25mil by JPM. As I understand it retail investors applied for around $25mil so JPM take up the rest. If I was JPM I would want a low price so I would borrow from Peter to smash Paul, take his shares at a 2.5% discount and then payback Peter. Make sense?
