    Firstly I am encouraged oil and gas was found in B18, the announcements leading up were not looking good. This company has been relatively good since listing at managing the balance sheet, this will be valuable revenue. They threw alot of cash into this project and the Hartley reports were extremely optimistic about B19. What is the likley fate after they found water in upper B19?? I know this is just the beginning for HOG in the Ukraine but can't help feeling they were really expecting alot more from this.
