Here's an overview outcome of one (1) for two (2) non-renounce-able rights issue of 420,467,751 shares at an issue price of $0.005 per share (Rights Issue)



The Company is very pleased to advise that acceptances for 165,145,320 Entitlement shares were received. In addition the Company has received further applications for 240,239,169 Shortfall shares.

Total Share Acceptance = 405,384,489


The directors will now seek to finalise allocation of the Shortfall shares, totaling just a mere (3.59%) 15,083,262 Shares ($75,416.31)


Just a mere 3.59% of Entitlement Shares were not taken up by Current Shareholders.


An extremely rewarding outcome for those that applied, & attained extra shortfall shares.
