Easy to bag people's skills when you don't know personally and are not involved, playez. Me, I've had the fortunate experience of building a company from scratch and know how difficult it is to become a successful business no matter how much effort you put in and how much theory you read. Guess that's why I am more tolerant than some - although less tolerant than others :-)

Anyway we're all entitled to our opinions and if that's how you see management then that's your opinion. I invest on the basis of entrusting management and if I had the view that you appear to have of management I would not be invested in POH. I've found Esra and Harry very proficient and knowledgeable the times I have met them.
