Youngun', I have "happyclown" on "ignore", so I haven't read the post which upset LH so much but my recollection is that he/she cares nought for facts or science but is 100% intent on getting up the adults' noses.
Has it crossed your mind that LH may have been making the same point about "advancement" you are?
WRT "carbon capture": The Yanks have many thousands of depleted oil wells, the perfect "dump" for CO2 [even increases pressure in the nearby well]. They haven't taken to it though. Why not? If I had an interest, that's where I'd start my reading.
