I noticed that comsec have upgraded the earnings forecasts for DTL approx 7 days ago. They have upgraded the 2013 EPS but more so the 2014 EPS. Forecast 2013 9.4c/share PE 13, growth 5.9% and 2014 10.4c/share PE 11.7, 10.6% growth and rate DTL a hold. I also noted that they only have one analyst covering the stock.
