Yes, not only gives incentive though, the AVB new director options issued with an 18c exercise price and only 9 mths to expiry is an incredibly strong and confident statement.(IMO)

It is of course a delicate dance pricing new options, keep the new director happy, keep existing directors and shareholders happy etc. This placement does reinforce the fact they all expect to be mining in 12 months or a little more allowing for slippage.
