I should add that, previously, I would have given GXY the benefit of the doubt on a lot of the above.

But they have a track record now - "past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour" (Dr Phil, I think).

Some people are clearly willing to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. I sincerely hope they are right.
