howy is a good reformist, i.e gst et al.. but he's got no gutz.
prefer costello for mine , shows some charisma and looks like though he has the gall to stand up to others, i.e yanks..
& prefer creamy soda or beasty over howy cos he has no gutz. so the bottomline is, they're all clueless liars with baseless on the fly policies.
