It is going to be interesting to see what happens to the SP over the next month.

One force which will encourage the SP to rise is the IO spot price which has just risen (again!) to US$126 and is not making any effort to come down in price.

I see two forces which will put downward pressure on the SP.

1)Regent warning us that they might be selling some or all of their holdings.
2) Many BCI holders opting to sell now and hope to buy back with the SPP

I personally don't really care where the SP goes over the next month or so because I believe that by March next year, we will know exactly how much lower grade ore we have, how much it will cost to beneficiate it and how much longer mine life will be generated... ...if all turns out as expected, I think the SP will be > $4.50
