TZL is already profitable following the acquisition of PDT. Its own cash reserves plus borrowings may be an option. Yes, a placement seems feasible, although we would want the share price to the higher. Can the sugar daddys please step up and buy more shares to get the price up! Perhaps a convertible note with a strike price of say $1.50 on conversion.
