If the cap raising is subject to the second contract being signed then I would question the "insider trading" of having the information of that contract prior to the market and having the ability to invest at a price prior to the release of that info.
Also given the length of the suspension and the porr quality of communication, how about you senior management knobs suspend taking your pay for the same period. You are stopping investors from being able to realise any funds from the company so you should enjoy the same experience....
