Look matey, there are too many people sticking their nose in and commenting upon things that they do not understand. The government needs to run a deficit to keep the economy turning over - to prevent it from going South. A budget surplus would see increased unemployment, a fall in economic activity and leave us in he doldrums for God knows how long.
